The Profile of the Contractor

The Profile of the Contractor is the information and publication system of the public sector contracting bodies and has been established in compliance with art. 42 of Law 30/2007, of 30 October, on Public Sector Contracts, with the safety and availability guarantees foreseen by the law.

New law on public sector contracting has been passed!

Law 30/2007 of the 30th October on Public Sector Contracts amends previously existing law on Public Sector Contracting so as to become adapted to the Directives of the European Union. Said law will become effective on March 1, 2008. It has been published on October 31, 2007 in the Official State Gazette No. 261.
